Escagrill is a classic fine dining restaurant run by twin brothers Anthony and Dominic (Jnr) Cavallo. Escagrill opened its doors for the first time on August 10 2005 with Anthony as Executive Chef and Dominic (Jnr) as Restaurant Manager. Escagrill is a classic high quality destination restaurant serving fine dining aficionados from all over Melbourne. Since opening, the family have enhanced its reputation by presenting diners with the very best Australian produce, premium steak and the freshest quality seafood from Australia’s pristine waters.
