The very finest Australian beefsteak is available for you to select from our custom made and appealing copper meat cabinets. In all we have approximately nine cuts of local grass or grain fed plump Australian steak for you to choose from, which is then cooked for you to your own individual taste on our chargrill.

We also carry a range of local and imported cured gourmet sausages, cured meats imported prosciutto and mouth-watering salami; all sliced for you on our gleaming and iconic Artisan slicer. If you enjoy the great Australian lamb roast then at some stage we do encourage you to try our 14 hour slow cooked Australian lamb shoulder roast, cooked to perfection and comparable to mums own traditional lamb roast. The flavour is indeed amazing and the taste just sensational.
